Territory Sales Manager
The Territory Sales Manager is the first level of contact with existing accounts in their assigned territory and is responsible for achieving sales objectives and growing sales with Essilor Instruments. This individual will be representing Essilor Instruments finishing and ophthalmic products. The Territory Sales Manager will develop and maintain strong working relationships with optical retail stores, opticians, optometrists and ophthalmologists within their assigned territory to ensure successful customer relations. This person will consistently achieve established sales goals. They will be communicating on an ongoing basis with the Sales Director regarding personal development, sales results, and plans of action.
Field Service Technician
The Field Service Technician is a vital support role between the customer and Essilor Instruments USA. The primary responsibilities are installation, training, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of optical edging system at the customer’s location. The technician will work closely with the local sales team, in-house technicians, customer service team and technical support manager. The technician must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, sit for long periods of time, lift equipment up to 150 lbs., travel up to 95% of the work week and perform all duties on a time sensitive schedule.
Processing/Repair Technician
The Processing/Repair Technician is a vital support role between the customer and Essilor Instruments USA. The primary responsibilities are managing receiving, Return Merchandise Authorizations, repair, and shipping processes for ophthalmic and finishing equipment. The technician must have the ability to conduct high-level assessment, diagnosis and repair activity and must have a mechanical inclination or willingness to learn. The technician must be able to shift equipment for setup and packing, and have the ability to stand for a good portion of the day and maneuver equipment up to 50 pounds.
