- Essilor Instruments USA reserves the right to charge an additional amount for a software upgrade or update for our instruments equipped with proprietary operating software.
EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY
- Seller warrants the Goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery based on single-shift work. If the Goods are provided to Seller’s satisfaction to be defective, the same shall be repaired or replaced at Seller’s option.
- THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURCHASE.
SHIPPING
- All prices quoted in United States Dollars
- All prices do not include shipping and handling.
- Most orders will ship within 30 business days.
- Orders may be expedited at additional cost based on product availability. Contact the Essilor Instruments USA customer service group at csr@essilorinstrumentsusa.com.
- All shipments will be sent via UPS unless otherwise specified by the customer in writing using the customer’s shipping account.
- Claims for damage due to transit should be made by notifying Essilor Instruments USA within 1 day after receipt of order.
- To make a claim related to damage due to transit, customer must have ALL original packaging material.
RETURNS
- All returns must be authorized by Essilor Instruments USA.
- Return shipments will NOT be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization Number, obtained from customer service.
- Email customer service at csr@essilorinstrumentsusa.com or call (855) 393-4647.
- Returns for full product credit may be accepted within 15 days after item delivery to customer.
- ALL RETURNS AFTER 15 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A $150 RESTOCKING FEE.
- NO RETURNS for credit will be accepted after 45 days.
- RETURNS for credit can only be accepted if the item is undamaged and packed in ALL original packaging material.
- Shipping charge will not be credited on returns unless item is defective.
- Edging consumables are NOT returnable.
